• Grapefruit: The English name "grapefruit" refers to the fruit that grows in clusters, similar to "grapes." Known for its tart, bitter taste, grapefruit is the round, orange and yellow fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the outer peel of the fruit and is valued for its many uses and beneficial properties, as well as its refreshing aroma and distinctive taste.
